The watch!
This production is extremely unique as it was developed for the grand ending episode of MasterChef, Australia.
It is made up of a dual delicious chocolate chip cookie base, a wet hazelnut coffee investor sponge, a coffee cremeux, a soft coffee vanilla sugar as well as an abundant delicious chocolate mousse. The entire entremet is covered in a dark delicious chocolate mirror polish! All the ornamental aspects are crafted out of dark delicious chocolate as well as it’s completed with my popular sugar dome!
This was absolutely a hard difficulty for both finalist!
